A COUNTRY EXCURSION
Maison Ceronne is located in Normandy, 150 km from Paris and just five minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. Set within a beautiful 75-hectare wooded estate, the house — together with its two independent buildings — is also a place dedicated to creativity, regularly welcoming artists in residence.
Our 180 horses and ponies, the estate’s other residents, will greet you from their paddocks as soon as you arrive.
A third double building completes the property: a multi-room house located 250 metres from the main buildings, known as La Voisine. Guests staying there enjoy access to all the services offered on the estate, while benefiting from its own private wellness facilities, including a sauna, hammam and Nordic bath.

AN INSPIRING EXPERIENCE
This Percheron property has been renovated in a wonderfully unconventional (and somewhat surprising) style, resulting in one-of-a-kind house plunged into an unspoilt green oasis. Inside, artworks such as Julien Colombier’s “Le Grand Dyptique” in pastel offer moments of pure escapism in the setting of a greenhouse-style living room, decorated in an eclectic fusion with influences from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. The huge open fireplace in shuttered concrete is the perfect spot for curling up in front of a soothing log fire in winter. Every one of Maison Ceronne’s rooms is surprising in its own individual way...but nothing beats the pleasure of waking up in one of our bedrooms to the sound of birdsong, with a gentle breeze floating through the trees, enticing you to enjoy every moment of this very special experience...
Maison Ceronne offers different types of guest bedrooms, each with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Bedrooms with a mezzanine can sleep up to three guests.
All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.
We take relaxation seriously, and the house boasts its very own little cinema (with regular screenings), a bar, several different living areas, and a beautiful outdoor terrace.
SWIMMING-POOLS & SPA
The house features two heated swimming pools — an indoor pool open year-round and an outdoor pool available during the warmer months — as well as two saunas and two hammams.
Set across 75 hectares of land, the estate features woodland, dozens of meadows, and a large landscaped garden, along with a beautiful terrace and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Numerous spaces invite guests to sit back and relax — to enjoy a coffee, have lunch or dinner, read a book, or simply take in the views over the rolling Perche countryside.
